Trends in New York City Land Use and Development
First Annual Conference

NYREI.com is pleased to announce the first Annual Conference of Trends in New York City Land Use And Development to be held at the Center of New York City Law. This is the first conference on this important topic sponsored by the CNCL and the Center for Real Estate Studies at New York Law School.

The conference, co-sponsored with the New York City Law Department, will address cutting-edge issues in the land use arena, including developments in the use of innovative financing techniques to stimulate large-scale development; the expansion of the City's inclusionary housing program, and other developments at the Department of City Planning, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the Board of Standards and Appeals. These issues will be explored by some of the key players in the public and private sectors in sessions designed to be of interest to practitioners in land use and non-practitioners alike.
