Licensed Residential (NYS Licensed real estate Appraiser)-able to appraise non-complex 1-4 residential units having a transaction value of less than one million dollars and complex 1-4 residential units having a value of less than two hundred-fifty thousand dollars:

Requirements:
- 18 years of age.
- 2000 hrs of experience as an appraisal assistant.
- State exam
 
*Class times: Evenings start at 6:30pm; Saturdays start at 9am
