PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STATE REQUIREMENT IS CHANGING TO 75 HOURS STARTING JULY 1. YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR APPLICATION IN WITH THE STATE BY JUNE 30TH. IF YOU DO NOT FINISH IN TIME YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE (WILL BE DISCOUNTED FOR PRIOR STUDENTS) FOR THE EXTRA 30 HOURS AND PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL BOOK.
NOTE: You can start at anytime, there is no order of
1-12, you only need to take each session one time. For your convenience, if you
would like to finish the course faster, you can also take
any sessions that you have not taken at any other NYREI
location.
Another advantage of the flexible schedule is if you took
the course with a fixed schedule as is given everywhere
else and you have to miss a class you will not have enough
hours to complete the course to obtain a license and typically

To express our gratitude and appreciation, if you start course in Brooklyn and upon completion of the course you will receive a $50 credit for you to use for any future continuing education course with NYREI (i.e. every two years you are required to take continuing education) or a $25 credit that you can transfer to anyone else who signs-up for the Salesperson course in Brooklyn. Please note that in order to receive the credit you must attend at least half of the sessions in Brooklyn.
