- NOTE: You can start at anytime, there is no order of
1-20, you only need to take each session one time.
For your convenience, if you
would like to finish the course faster, you can also take
any sessions that you have not taken at any other NYREI
location.
Another advantage of the flexible schedule is if you took
the course with a fixed schedule as is given everywhere
else and you have to miss a class you will not have enough
hours to complete the course to obtain a license and typically
you will have to take the class all over again. For further

Please note that you are required to make a reservation with the Department of State in order to take the New York State Real Estate Licensing Exam (except for locations listed below). Please note that you can make your reservation immediately. Even if you plan on taking exam a few months from now we strongly recommend that you make your reservation now. - Can we take
classes at Brooklyn Branch and other branches?
- Yes. If you register for
Salesperson Licensing course & Broker Licensing course, you
can take classes at all NYREI locations.
- Special Discounts for Brooklyn Branch Salesperson Course
- To express our gratitude and appreciation, if you start course in Brooklyn and upon completion of the course you will receive a $50 credit for you to use for any future continuing education course with NYREI (i.e. every two years you are required to take continuing education) or a $25 credit that you can transfer to anyone else who signs-up for the Salesperson course in Brooklyn. Please note that in order to receive the credit you must attend at least half of the sessions in Brooklyn.
