from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The WWIPM course does not require any exam
and no field trip is scheduled.

Management (WWIPM) course that would provide course participants
with 22 1/2 hours continuing education requirements for their NYS
license renewal.

construction managers, developers, general contractors, investors,
real estate lawyers and licensed NYS appraisers, real estate
salesperson’s and broker’s with knowledge and technical
