Here are some possible reasons why you cannot find record in Salesperson Course Hours Lookup Service:
1 Your name has not been entered in the database.  Please give us 24 hours to update our database.
2 Your last name has been misspelled.  Please check the spelling your last name on the attendance sheet next time you take a class. 
3 The Lookup Service is being updated.  Please try again in 24 hours.
4 Your registration number is incorrect.  Please check the front of your workbook.
If none of these apply to you, please stop by the office on your next visit.
